How does it work?
The Saalt Disc is a reusable menstrual disc made of medical-grade silicone that is worn internally like a tampon but collects (rather than absorbs) your menstrual flow.
The Saalt disc (regular) collects as much as 5-6 tampons, so you can wear it for up to 8 hours before emptying. That means less changes, and you can wear it while sleeping.
