While we always hope your product is perfect and you are happy with your purchase, we understand that may not always be the case.

Returns
We do not take returns at this point in time. If you would like a refund because your item is faulty, please refer to our refund policy below.

Refunds
We offer refunds only if the product you received is faulty and you have contacted us within 30 days of your order.
If your order is faulty, please contact demi@brightgirlhealth.com.

If you purchased ‘The Bright Girl Guide’ from a retailer (such as Amazon, Book Depository, Booktopia, etc.) the retailer’s returns and refunds policy will apply. You will need to process your return/refunds through them.
