TEACHER TESTIMONIALS

“I’d thoroughly recommend it to anybody. Girls from year 8, 9 and 10 who were a challenging group were absolutely enthralled and engaged"

Matthew Mortimer – Teacher

Nicole Parry - Teacher

This was a great seminar enjoyed by many of our students. They really felt empowered after the discussion.
It was highly engaging and the information was presented to students in a safe and inclusive environment.

Sharlene Fracarossi - Teacher

“Bright Girl Health is an extensively researched program perfect for high school students. I love that young girls can learn more about the function of their bodies, and be equipped with the tools to bring about positive change.

Beth Fuller - Teacher

The girls said they felt safe to talk to you and like the environment was safe to share with the other people.

Alison Chow - Teacher

She certainly had the girls laughing within the first few minutes and that made it a really enjoyable presentation.

Brom Morphett - Teacher

This is a most worthwhile program that will be significant in the lives of the girls who interact with it.

Roshini Thomas - Teacher

Understanding their body and seeing that they did not need to suffer in silence; that they could broach this subject in a safe environment and would not be laughed at.

Bright Girl Health equips students with strategies to navigate all areas of their health, helping them to work with the physical, mental and emotional changes of the menstrual cycle, rather than against them.

Menstrual health is not just about how to use a pad or tampon.
It incorporates someone's physical, mental and emotional well-being and can have a profound impact on their self esteem
