Content:
Host a fun and engaging menstrual health & wellbeing presentation delivered as an online video experience. It can be delivered to large groups, or to small groups across multiple rooms simultaneously.
How it works:
• Choose a date to host your online presentation
• Join the presentation via a link we will send you and project it for your students
• You will be provided with a ‘teacher manual’ to help facilitate fun break-away activities for students throughout the presentation.
• We recommend gathering the students and making it a fun wellbeing event
You will receive:
• The online presentation link on your chosen date
• A booklet of classroom worksheets and activities for future use.
• A parent resource to send home.

Session 1 – 90 min session
- Break away group activities for students to participate in
- Menstrual cycle phases
- How to navigate emotional, physical, hormonal changes of cycle
- Cervical fluid (discharge)
- Reproductive anatomy
- Ovulation, and how it impacts period timing
- Cycle tracking & how to accurately predict your next period
- When pregnancy is and isn’t possible
