This e-book is a must have! I couldn’t put it down as there were so many ah ha! moments.
It’s crazy how much I didn’t even know about my own body, and what it tells us if we really listen. Thank you so much Demi for taking the time to help us to understand our bodies.

I have had 4 children, but learned so little about my body and cycle through that process. Finding Bright Girl has been the most incredible, eye-opening experience, and I am so grateful to be aware of my full cycle and to have it presented in the positive warm and wonderful tone that Demi offers so naturally. It is a complete windfall to have all of Demi’s incredible information in one book. This book makes me feel like a better mom and aunt!! I’ve purchased a copy for my nieces and for my daughter, and am so incredibly grateful to be able to arm my 15-year-old with a positive, complete message about her cycle as she’s navigating hormones and irregular periods. She has become so informed and confident while talking to her OBGYN because of Bright Girl Health. (I’d better stop soon before I get weepy!) I’ve recommended Bright Girl to so many parents and teens, and am over the moon that now that there is an ebook to recommend. Grateful! Amber

The Bright Girl Guide is the resource I wish I had access to in high school. Even now at 26, I’m learning things about my body that still astound me. I’ve even shared it with my partner to help him understand the menstrual cycle, fertility and hormones (if girls in school don’t really get much from health education, then judging by his understanding, boys get even less!). Complicated processes and terminology is explained thoughtfully and clearly, making it an easy, informative and interesting read. I highly recommend this amazing e-book! Thanks for all your hard work, Demi.

The Bright Girl eBook is AMAZING!
I am so passionate about women’s health and this eBook is an absolute gem when it comes to educating girls and women about their health and hormones. Its easy to read, with so many beautiful pictures it is perfect for every teenage girl and their mothers alike. Did I mention how beautiful the eBook is!!!
    Just love it!!

This book is SO beautiful! I hear that it was coming out a while back, and literally could not wait to get my hands on it. I work with women’s menstrual cycle health, and many women have asked me for recommendations on how to share the wonder of menstrual cycle charting and body literacy with their daughters. Thus far, I’ve had a hard time 100% recommending books without reservations, because I know that some mothers want a book that *just* teaches about the science, but without too much talk of sex (in case the child is young, or if the mother would rather initiate that conversation herself). So this book gave me such a sign of relief because I finally have a book that I can share, which gives all the amazing information girls need, without making it about having babies! because our bodies are SO worthy of knowledge and care, regardless of how we use them in relation to others –– health is health! And I want as many people to have access to that as possible. This book does just that. <3

This ebook is amazing, it contains very valuable and interesting information about our body and our period and it is so easy to read and understand. Its is very visual and the illustrations are oh so pretty.
I finished it in one day, I just couldn’t put it down, there was so much I didn’t know about my own body. I understand a lot more now, why I feel a certain way some days and then another way on other days. I recommend it 100%

Seriously, where was this book when I was 12?!
I just finished reading the bright girl guide and I can honestly say, that at 26 years old and 3 children later, there are things about my menstrual cycle I didnt know!!
Demi has created an easy to read guide WITH heaps of graphs and pictures to really help understand what’s going on in our bodies. I LOVED this and am recommending it to everyone I know. Growing up I’d always ask is it normal to be in THIS much pain or why am I feeling this way and the answer is always..” Yep, it’s part of being a woman.” I now know that it’s not. I have a whole new respect for hormones!

Great job Demi! Thanks so much!

Demi’s book is a MAGNIFICENT resource. It is so thorough, so beautifully body positive, and masterfully organized, written, and illustrated. I have used it over and over again to teach my 5 daughters and wish I would have had it when I was younger! Demi’s work is hands down the top resource that we recommend to our customers–in fact, we love it so much that we have decided to carry it on our US website at Saaltco.com. Thank you Demi for all you’ve done to empower so many women and girls across the globe. –Cherie Hoeger, Founder of Saalt Period Cups
